MEMBERSHIP
Membership automatically renews each month on the same dayas your initial sign up. Membership is per vehicle and for personal use only. Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or discounts. By enrolling in the Unlimited Glow Pass, the member waives any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges. Debit/Credit Cards will continue to bill each month until membership is discontinued.
VEHICLE (RFID)
Your Membership is vehicle specific by a Radio Frequency Identification Tag. A RFID will be given to members at the time of sign up and placed on your vehicle’s windshield. When a member arrives at Glow Express Car Wash our RFID scanner automatically recognizes your membership and alerts the gates to open foryou to enter into our facility. Please do not tamper with or remove the barcode sticker while the membership is active as this willautomatically discontinue and void your membership.
UPGRADES
Members may upgrade to a higher wash and pay the difference at the time of each wash. If you'd like to change your current Unlimited Wash Plan to another plan visit our Change Existing Membership page and fill out the form.
CANCELLATIONS
You may discontinue your membership at any time but must do so prior to your billing date. To cancel simply visit the Cancel Existing Membership page and fill out the form. You will receive a confirmation email upon submitting your request. If you have any issues while trying to cancel your membership please email members@glowcarwash.com and provide your name, telephone number, barcode number, and brief reason for cancellation.
